Free technical support is available for each product or upgrade for 30 days from the first call to Customer Support.

A Support Agreement is available to end users who wish to receive technical support and version upgrades for a year. The cost of the Agreement is 10% of the retail price of the Software per year. It includes:
End users who do not have a Support Agreement can purchase version upgrades for $250 per version. Telephone support after the initial 30 days is available at the rate of $125 per hour for both on and off-line support, billed in fifteen minute increments.
